"This is the worse store, customer service and manger even worse. They continuously send the wrong order to then ask you to bring the pie back for an exchange. Why?! I ask for a delivery for a reason to then get store credit for only the toppings that are missing! The level of incompetence and inconvenience is astonishing!"

"I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and a custom pie. The pie came out just fine but when I got home and opened the box where my personal pan pizza, I was very disturbed to see this atrocity that someone packaged and gave to me. It had bacon fat and pepperoni on it, and also looked like someone chewed it and spit it back out. I went all the way back to the store immediately. The employee was apologetic and replaced the pie with a fresh one. & Only after I asked for some type of compensation, she also gave me a 5 dollar credit that could only be used in the store. Whoever it was that packaged that thing should be fired immediately!"
"Been waiting for over 2 and a half hours for a dinner box ! Every time I call they can’t find my order , then they waiting for the deliver guy, like this is ridiculous, Im so pissed. SMH 6:20pm I placed my order it’s currently 8:56pm I called to see one more time where my order was and she put me on hold for over 10 mins ! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR STOMACHS AND ORDER AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you gotta wait till a representative reaches out in a couple days just to get a refund Lmfao!! So I spent 40$ here just to not receive my food and then have to wait till someone calls me for a conversation for my money back !!!! Dumbest thing I ever heard in my life!"
"I had the misfortune to have my fiancé order from this establishment and unfortunately had one of the worst experience when it comes to the quality of the food. We had a cheese stuff pizza that had a dish soap flavor to it. I had people in my household taste the pizza without telling them what was wrong with it and they all said the same thing so I know we weren’t loosing our minds and the wings we had were soggy and tasted super old. Never will we be ordering from this place and it’s unfortunate that we basically threw 30 dollars worth of food down the drain."
