"I purchased a pair of Jordan’s for my son size 8C toddler. They put two different sizes and both left feet in the box! They didn’t check the shoes when they put them in and now I opened the box two months later and they can’t even return them!!!"

"Came to NYC to celebrate my birthday. Won a pair of bred yeezy 350 here. Went to pick them up and the whole store was closed. No signs, no emails no warnings. Flight left next morning called they said I have until 9pm that day to come pick them up. Did not offer one resolution to overcome a problem they caused!! Shady store shady business"

"I went in there to buy some Christmas presents for family members, and was expecting to use my military discount so that I could save some money. Well not there- even though I showed them my ID card, they made me put my name through some system in which you have to be pre registered (send your documents online) to prove that I’m military. So even if you ARE military and I am, they won’t be able to see that you are, the system couldn’t recognize me, so I asked them if there could be any discount they could put me under, being that this is not my fault and I AM in the military and they denied me. Wow. So much for serving your country... I could have saved 15 dollars but I didn’t because of a lack of interest or consideration. Smh"

"Terrible customer service!! These people obviously HATE their job! We were buying 4 pairs of trainers - they had very limited shoes sizes in stock (dealt with two staff members who didn't bring the sizes we asked for and seemed very reluctant to help and confused about simple requests). Do they get sales commission? The whole way through checkout they shouted across the store to each other about who had "helped" sell each pair of shoes! Em...none of you "helped"! Felt lucky to have managed to get shoes at all from this place - a $250 spend!!"
