"Worst service ever, I had a bagel with half egg on it, but I paid full price. Good prep lady needs to find another job. Not sure if the owner/manager need to hire new staff. I will never come back even if it was the last DD around."

"Horrible experience. I arrived, waited for the person to take my order, meanwhile he was staring into space so wasn’t sure if he was ready to take an order. One of the things I asked for was an iced matcha latte. I requested with oatmilk, since I’m very sensitive to dairy unfortunately. I received it with regular milk. The cup was FULL of crushed ice. It was literally a slushy. I paid for 2 sips. It was literary TWO sips and the rest was ice. On top of that, the lady making the drinks were rude. Oh and they had forgotten to give me my donut lol. Unbelievably ridiculous. If I can add a video I would, but here is a pic of the cup. I promise there was more ice, I just scooped out the top before I took a pic of it."

"We ordered two cold caramel macchiato and two donuts. The donuts were fresh and the coffee was very. You can enjoy this coffee if you like it sweet. The staff was friendly and the place was neat and clean. We did wait a little longer than we expected but it was okay. We took the coffees and donuts to go nit we could have sat down and relaxed. Unfortunately, we needed to be someplace else on time."
