"So before my last experience my review would have been 4 to 5 stars. But last time I went to get service. After about $1,500 worth of work. They left my engine cover and engine bottom plate unbolted. So after a day or two I noticed rattling and then I looked down and saw it. That was not the problem at all mistakes happen. When I go back to get it fixed. The service advisor was looking at me like it was my fault and I didn't even get one apology. I dropped it off around 1:30 p.m. they never called me to pick it up or to give me a status. When I called a couple of hours later they wouldn't answer the phone or call me back. They ended up keeping the car overnight for a few bolts. I get there at 8:00 a.m. the next day. After I arrive to check on my car since I haven't heard anything then they send me the text that my car is ready.. I pick up my paperwork and still no apology for making me come all the way back to the dealership and leave my car overnight and have someone have to pick me up and drop me off for their mistake. No I don't expect some Grand apology but just a simple my bad will get this done in an hour you can just wait here. Instead I got nothing and they kept my car overnight. Completely unacceptable."

"Me and my aunt bought a car from DCH Honda of Nanuet, and we had a very good experience with Jose Santana in sales and Darwish Mustafa in finance. We didn’t feel overly pressured at all. They were very upfront, and they broke everything down by line item, so that every charge, and every piece of paperwork, was clearly explained. Jose remained with us as we called our insurance company, to make sure all the details were correct. When they presented the options for an extended warranty, they were not pushy about upselling extras. Very highly recommended.
