"Just avoid this company and save yourself a hassle. It's unfortunate because they have a great idea, just terrible at delivery. It's not fair to rate them one star because the products are better than most fast fashion but I was tempted. I have a pair jeans and just received the performance chinos, neither of which fit well despite their claim that they will fit perfect. But I would only knock off one star for that as tailored clothing is hard to do without having the person in front of you. Besides poor fit, the real challenge here is customer service, which doesn't respond and then when they do, they're rude and that's what dropped them the extra stars. I was a Kickstarter backer for both their jeans and the chinos. With the whole pandemic situation, I had delayed my order and I missed the expiration date of my Kickstarter credit by 2 months. The credit was for $165 Canadian, which was an extra $20 bonus on top of the full price of the chinos. When I reached out with several emails, it took them 9 months from my first email to respond. I'm still boggled by that, especially as I track opens on emails (as my business is in email marketing). When the customer service person responded, I was told they never received any other emails and maybe they were filtered out by spam filters (which will read emails if you use Google email service). That said, the person I was emailing back and forth with was rude and unpleasant to deal with. I had loaded up several shirts I wanted to buy, along with the chinos in my cart and when I finally got a clear answer from the support person, the credit they gave me didn't cover even the pants I had already paid for. Considering the fit issues I had with my previous pair of jeans, alongside terrible customer service, I removed the extra products I was buying, paid the difference to finish the order and wipe my hands of what has been the worst fail I've ever had in the clothing industry, online or off."
