"I decided to give this location 2 stars because of my recent interactions. Had an issue with the drop off date because no one told the rules and procedure. So the store manager makes a stink about writing the fact he needed to waive the late return fee. Wedding is on Saturday and I return Monday. He was being tremendously rude and he should have said whatever to my face but of course he would never offend a customer. The workers are great, sad to see they have to deal with a rude and unprofessional manager."

"Just awful service in the Manhattan location. There were 2 male employees who were in the front of the store and just ignored me when I walked in, and continued their conversation even though I was staring at them. Another guy, who I think was the manager, even brushed me off on the sales floor. A different employee who fitted my tuxedo was either inexperienced or incompetent. Didn't believe me at first on the $99 tuxedo package rental that is heavily advertised on the webpage. Then it took forever for him to help me. It was like pulling teeth, getting my measurements done and trying on samples. It felt like his 2nd or 3rd time ever doing this. He never told me his name. They put me in some tattered shoes with shoelaces that were literally shredded and the sole was halfway falling off for me to get sized! What a joke of a place. They didn't even have 'classic' fit tuxedo pants. Only slim and extreme slim. So when I get my tuxedo, who knows if the pants will even fit. I should've paid an extra 50 to get a tuxedo rental from a place where people care. Corporate, please do a visit to this store. It's your flagship location, and it's a mess."

"This location has good service except one rep named Kyle, who treated me with a disdainful attitude, going “o…kay…” when I asked for different sizes of the shirt to try on and even rolling his eyes when I replied to him I was only going to buy one of them. I thought the whole point of trying on clothes was to pick the ones I like, if any. The exchange was kinda surreal, tbh. All the other reps were great, so I’m giving the store three stars."
