"I'm grateful I live far away and I don't have to shop here. First off, I went here while I was in town, to use up gift cards. I had no clue how much was on them because the back said $2 deduction after 18 consecutive months (which is illegal I'm sure), so I went to customer service since there wasn't a pin on the back of the card to complete the call. The girl at customer service couldn't tell me what the blank meant of the receipt that printed and didn't ask a manager. She had me try to swipe another gift card, but after several swipes the machine still wasn't reading the card so I got frustrated. And when I asked her how to find out how much was on the cards she gave me an attitude. Then when I went to get the item requested with the gift cards (80/20 ground beef), the family packages didn't look healthy to even purchase. So I left the store, though I have no idea how much is still on the cards."

"I would love to shop here but every time I walk into ANY of their locations I am overwhelmed by fried chicken to the point where I cant evenshop because its gross. When you stand at the register you can't see anything without looking through the lingering smoke, not to mention the "scent" of that fried chicken stuck onto my clothes and hair. I hope they clean their vents or increase the ventilation. I would love to shop there"

"Stop and shop in Newburgh NY isn't trucker friendly for sleeper trucks with trailers only. Day cabs trucks with trailers. Sleeper truck could be broke up in trying.to.get into those 1st docks in back. If they open the other one would had been good but they wont. So my truckers with sleepers coming.here be careful please n patient."
