"I visited Kohl's at Newburgh, and I was very impressed. The store was spotless, all items were in their place. I love the prices at Kohl's and the awards. No matter how crowded the store is check out is always a breeze. I brought a visitor there and she too was equally impressed and made a purchase. However, I feel there should be more personnel should you need help or have a question. There was barely any one there to assist. Other than that, it is my first-choice store for just about anything."

"This Kohls is a nice size and normally well stocked. The Sephora has been a nice addition, and that is also organized. They now have new self check out registers that are super annoying. Just have people check us out! The new register froze up for 2 of us, and we just stood there for 10 minutes while 3 different employees tried the same thing to fix it. I said, "I just want to leave!" Please put me somewhere where I can check out. The employee was finally nice enough to open a register up and ring me out. Took me twice as long to leave! Store is clean."

"I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Bought two tops, a pair of pants and gloves. Easy to find what I wanted, store was very neat and clean. Prices were great with my 30% off coupon. The only thing I can not comment on is customer service. No interaction with staff while shopping, no greeting before shopping and self serve registers AGAIN! That was one of the things I loved about Kohl’s. Kohl’s had great employee customer service"

"The parking was. easy. And close to the door I was able to find what I needed quickly The clerk saw me and waited for me rather then leaving me to wait for the next cashier. He folded my clothing nicely. He also reminded me that I had $5.00 Kohls cash I would have forgotten about it."
