"I’m so grateful for the two Gentlemen that delivered my couch today . My couch wouldn’t fit in the service elevator so they went above and Beyond and carried the couch up 4 flights of stairs. And they even put the couch together for me so big Thank you to Jeremy and Bernardo for your great customer service with delivering my couch you are appreciated . And I love my new couch set so comfy just what I dream it to be . Thank you rent a center ."

"At one time this was a really good store. Now since they’ve changed the management and the staff, they are the worst experience you will ever have. I have rented tens of thousands of dollars pretty much outfitted a house through them never had a problem until the management and staff changed. I called them regarding two PlayStation fives that I was paying off I wanted to pay them off early, I was told that I could not do that without a manager authorization , OK fine can I speak to the manager please was my response. I was told the manager was not there and mind you. This was a Tuesday at like two in the afternoon, but OK people take the day off I can accept that. I asked when the manager will be in I am told that they are unaware of when the manager will be back. She said she is writing a note and placing it on the monitor of her computer and she will see it in the morning. I never received a call back. I made multiple follow up calls never to speak with anyone wound up paying off the entire thing it cost me in the end an extra $500 between the two PlayStations I was ripped off these are shady sneaky nasty practices. This place needs to be shut down and sued. Never never again shame on you."

"This was my first time renting something to buy and I would honestly never go through this for anything again, besides the fact that you get harassed for missing a 1 payment (called every single day, texts everyday threatening to send someone out to get the item) I have already paid probably three times the amount of a $700 item and I’m getting treating like I’m stealing it. If I knew this would be my experience I would have just got the money together and bought it out from the beginning. I can understand if I go a month or months of no payment but a week? Lmao, ridiculous. If I could give this store a lower rating than a 1 i definitely would."

"Terrible store! If I could give a zero rating I would! Don’t get anything from here! The manager lady or whatever she is, is very rude to customers and employees. Seen her kids running around the store like it was their home. Get some real managers in there!!!! The managers that actually care!!!!"

"Rob is amazing at my local RAC! He always goes the extra mile to order an item for me and get me a good price. I have been using RAC for a while and have finished and purchased items there, and will continue to do so in the future! -Brian"
