"I ordered some one piece cards from them but I never received them due to UPS failing to delivery at the right address, however I was notified by UPS to contact the seller about them sending a replacement box and other items. Toywiz didn’t want to resend any replacements because the items I bought increased in price(they based their price due to the market going up)while I was waiting for my claim to be settled for 2-3 weeks. So I received a refund and felt like it wasn’t fair for me because I purchased a box of one piece cards for a lot lower what they are listing them now, and now I got a refund but expected to spend more money. I also reached out and emailed them twice but they never got back to me. At first I thought their customer service team was pretty decent and it felt like they wanted to help, but due through time eventually I felt like I was just pushed to aside and didn’t feel valued as a customer. Though I only ordered once, I will ever order from them again."

"They have SOOOO much here. Every TCG you might want to play. One piece and Disney too. They didn't have what I was looking for at the moment, but it's sold out everywhere else as well."

"Many moons ago, I left a review here but I don't know what happened to it. Essentially, it was to say that I. The past toywiz was a great store. The prices were a little steep (and still are) but the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and well, the community wasn't stellar but the people got along well enough. All of that has changed in recent years. New management, new employees, and it seems that (aside from a select few) the general atmosphere of the store has gone downhill. The pandemic definitely changed a lot of things, but that doesn't mean the quality of customer service had to drop too. As much as it hurts me to say this, I cannot go to this store anymore. The steep pricing of their products aside, I simply don't feel like the store vibes are as welcoming as they used to be. 3 stars for quality service and being there for the community with an excellent product line and opportunities for sharing games, and making an environment for these things to happen. Minus 2 stars for the lack of customer empathy and as you'll see from other reviews, poof customer service."

"****UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER*** When I entered store a staff member approached me and asked if I needed help. I asked if you sold comics. He took me to the back and said “the comics are here” I asked where the new releases were as it was a Wednesday and I know new releases were delivered that day. He pointed to the other side of the room and said “new comics are probably over there.” Upon investigation I saw only older seemingly archived books boarded and wrapped. No shelf with this week’s releases. I figured this was all that was available and left. If indeed you do sell new releases weekly as the store has in past I’d be happy to return and shop.***** Great selection. Well stocked and friendly. Unfortunately they dont sell current comics, as their emphasis is not comics but collectibles. I only say this because the former owner (I hadn’t visited in years) sold current and weekly released comic selections."

"Im not a card player or trader or anything of the sorts. However, this shop was amazing. In my opinion they had a little bit of everything for everyone. I came in to start my daughters small Pokémon collection for her to trade in school. The guys behind the counter was super helpful and really nice. Just from their interactions alone makes me want to go back and buy more. They answered all my novice questions and even offered to teach us how to play with the cards. An absolute must visit for anyone and everyone."
