"Horrible customer service! My boys were excited to purchase a game they've been saving up for. We entered the store there were no customers but us, and the 2 workers were just talking to each other. We asked for the game and was directed to find it in the back. We looked and still couldn't find the game, so we asked again. We were told to wait a minute. After 10 minutes and no support we left the store and went to Walmart."
"Unhelpful employees. They had a guy in front of me (on line) completely open his purchases to check for cables. Thats not my problem & shudnt stop me from purchasing. I left and bought on Amazon."
