"Can't get help from employees. They don't even know how to operate the cases for expensive items. Embarrassing to see a worker struggle so much. Waited 5 minutes for an employee to close the case. And walked out the store because she couldn't figure it out."

"Kiana was the reason my aunt quit her job. Constantly bothering a 62 year old, this store was great before it became michaels. I’ve been there a couple of times some of the workers are nice and willing to assist, others not so much."

"Went around 6:50 PM, very very cold and windy. Walked inside it was very clean, neat, and organized. When I needed assistance there was someone there. The only problem i have to say is that there were no carts. Im assuming a majority of them were outside. So walking around with things in hand was kind of annoying. I had to stalk the checkout line to get a cart. Purchasing items was easy with the self serve checkout. The 1 cashier in the front provided a to go box for me since the store is bagless"

"Great store love their products. They are so lovely and great. They have all paint types of products and they have all types of beads. It's bored and it is a great snapshot for all arts and crafts For all ages and stagis, great employvery helpful beautiful picture frames. Beautiful fake flowers and all other good stuff. Just go there and get anything unique. And they have great-great prices. If you are an art lover or an arts and crafts lover or any type, this is the place"

"While having a great selection, I’m giving it two stars partly because it is extremely overpriced but mostly for the staff. Almost every time I go there are staff restocking that have taken up the entire aisle with goods and packing trash. I understand having to restock having worked in retail myself, but every time I have politely asked if I could access part of the aisle to collect something I came there to purchase the response is always passive aggressive or even rude and I’m treated like a major inconvenience. I’m always quick to grab the item but it seems like the focus is not as customer service oriented as it should be. I know it’s hard work, but it costs nothing to be nice. There are great yarn and sewing shops in Nyack and I prefer to go there because of the staff and because I can pay the same amount for better quality."
