About the Business
Welcome to Dim Sum and then some! located at 45 South New York Road in Galloway, New Jersey, United States. Our story began during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 when the Leung brothers, Michael and Andrew, decided to share their love for dim sum and comfort foods by opening a take-out restaurant. Starting as a local favorite in Ventnor, New Jersey, our establishment quickly gained popularity, leading us to expand to the Smithville area.
At Dim Sum and then some!, we offer a wide range of traditional dim sum favorites, including our famous deep-fried shrimp balls wrapped in bacon, Shanghai-style pork and soup-filled dumplings, Cantonese crystal shrimp dumplings, and much more. Our menu also features a variety of noodle dishes, fried rice options, and flavorful entrees served with a side of white or brown rice.
Meet our team, including Andrew Leung, the Operating Partner and GM, who is passionate about sports, comedy, and fast cars. Cade Warner, the Co-General Manager, loves fishing and hunting. And Michael Leung, the Executive Chef, who enjoys fishing and cooking. Together, we strive to provide a memorable dining experience for our patrons in the Smithville-Galloway area, home to Smithville Village and Stockton University.

When I moved to New Jersey, I couldn’t find a Chinese food restaurant that was anywhere close to what I had growing up in NY! Until I came across Dim Sum and then some!!! "This ain't that dime a dozen cheap mess you get from the around the corner. This is the real deal here, I love the small and sincere atmosphere they have going on. I highly recommend the pan-fried dumplings and Peking duck. Anthony and his mom are wonderful people who pour their all into this rare green. I wish to see this place thrive."
