"How hard is it to make a quad long shot espresso with mocha cold foam? I drove away and when I went to drink it, it was definitely not long shots and it was so cold that the cold foam never melted. This was an hour after I got this and I only took a sip. Long shot espresso has water also, the cup should have been filled! If it was remotely hot the cold foam would have melted in minutes… this is every time I go. I call it the ”mystery cup” because it’s always different. I would never go here, but my kids want to go. I literally drive right to wawa or have to stop home to microwave my coffee every time. Idk if it’s incompetence or these kids are doing it purposely.. I honestly hope it’s purposely because if these kids can’t make a cofffee, society is doomed! Way too much money to continually throw out the coffee."

"I always love going to this location. Up until today. I asked for a mint mocca is my fav drink because of the chocolate small kisses that it is sprinkled on the drink. It’s so good. I had ordered my drink I then noticed my fav part the chocolate kisses were not in the drink (no problem things happen) I went back and told the - not to sound mean the dark skinned chubby girl making the drinks that the chocolate was not there. She rolled her eyes took my drink sprinkled the chocolate in such bad way that most fell in the counter. I did say thank you she then said thank you by perking her lips and turning around. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade. She made me feel as if I was a burden."

"I just went to this location at 7:45 when they close at 8:30. When i went to order the person working the drive thru sighed when i ordered and told me not to order that because he didn’t feel like making it. i asked what else i should get and he told me “id like it you left”. this was very weird considering i was very nice and they still weren’t closing for another 40 minutes? once i got to the window he continued being extremely rude and uncalled for. his name was stephen and he told me he wished i would write a review complaining. i said your crazy .. and he said ya i am. he then took my card and told me he’d scam me. The manager behind him told me she hired him and then they both laughed as if this was normal? I’m still speechless and super confused by this interaction. I hope this worker doesn’t talk to everyone like this, iv always had good customer service at starbucks and this was very weird and disappointing when i was nice and only ordered two easy drinks to make? I’d like to be contacted to follow up about this."

"Took forever! I went thru the drive thru. The girl was talking and talking to the customers at the window. When it was my turn, she was dancing. I'm glad she was happy...but we drive up usually because we are on our way to somewhere else!"

"Every time I go yo this Starbucks there it's never the same person working there. The lattes I order are horrible. I just tried them again. I ordered a hot Carmel latte and got it home to find nothing but mostly milk,no coffee. This has happened to many times there. The drive thru is terrible and way to slow. I've seen cars pull away from waiting on the line,just to get coffee. Last time for us. Joan S"
