Our story began during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 when the Leung brothers, Michael and Andrew, decided to share their love for dim sum and comfort foods by opening a take-out restaurant. Starting as a local favorite in Ventnor, New Jersey, our establishment quickly gained popularity, leading us to expand to the Smithville area. At Dim Sum and then some!, we offer a wide range of traditional dim sum favorites, including our famous deep-fried shrimp balls wrapped in bacon, Shanghai-style pork and soup-filled dumplings, Cantonese crystal shrimp dumplings, and much more.
