"Every year, my husband and I enjoy a free sun from subways on Veterans Day. This year, we decided to go to vauxhall since it’s nearby. The lady behind the counter did not acknowledge the offer and when we showed it to her on the subways website, she refused to help us. It’s very disappointing being treated this way, being veterans. It’s not about the free sandwhich, her attitude was not acceptable."
"Don't go to this subway. I was there two weeks ago and I literally waited approximately 15 before I left the place. The guy making the sandwiches was extremely rude with every customer that was there, you could see he didn't want to be there. Guy was very sarcastic and unpolite. A homeless woman was there with all her bags and she was going to the bathroom like ten times. I couldn't take it anymore so I left. I was driving around the area today and decided to give this place a second chance which I regret deeply. This time was a woman that was there and she acted the same exact way as the previous guys. Very unprofessional, very rude, customer service sucks and the bread was definitely from the day before, very hard. Not walking into this place until new people start working there."
