"Stopped here for a drink in October. It looked to be packed from outside during the daytime but got empty enough for us to grab a drink in the evening. Hotspot in the area, and makes sense as to why. The bar was covered in Halloween decoration inside and out. It had a very welcoming atmosphere. Drinks were good, we only had an order of fried pickles as an app, which was a little heavy and greasy but we still enjoyed them with the dip. I would be interested in trying their brunch menu."

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos:

"Ok I started with 5 stars before I even got my burger based on my drink, appetizer and service! But then when my juicy burger came with the homemade BACON!!!! Wow!! Cauliflower Buffalo bites were delicious!! I had the Fight ya naked and The Diablo drinks! Both great! Very satisfied with all the food. Glad we stopped here for lunch! Will def be back again. Right in the heart of Peekskill, great burger bar with great drinks!"

"We had an excellent experience at Whiskey River. We went on a nice day and ate outdoors. It’s on a super cute street that in the summer has nice live music and people come out to dance. We got two great drinks that had beautiful presentation, and tried the fries specialty wings on the menu. It was all so delicious and fun. Great elevated bar food - great for anyone looking to catch a game and eat something yummy. Highly recommend!"
