"Are you looking for delicious authentic Mexican food and warm hospitality? Then stop in for a meal or drinks at Ruben's in Peekskill. Lovely spot, open to theatergoers too. The food is ample and flavorful. The staff is so pleasant and attentive. Four of us dined and all enjoyed their meals. The star entree was the Ribeye steak. Mouthwatering and a large steak for the hearty eater. Enjoy and bring your appetite!"

"Chicken quesadilla was one of the best I’ve had in a while. I also got a shrimp fajita but was too full to finish it. The quesadilla was the star of the meal for both me and my partner. The complimentary chips were also great to snack on."

"Really nice spot. Stopped by one Friday afternoon around 3:30 for a quick bite. Service was prompt and the staff were lovely. They opened up the front shutters to let the light in and some fresh air. It was a nice afternoon in March, the weather was cool and the sun was out. The margarita was yummy and strong. The portions were huge. I would definitely return, perhaps for dinner."
