"What a horrible experience. Asked for and paid for sauces and they charged for all and gave NOTHING. Didn’t realize until we drove away and they couldn’t even bother to put in ketchup that we asked for. Ruined the entire meal. Would never go back."

"Do better management, only one person managing the front with curbside and taking orders. There was a line of 6 people waiting over 5 minutes to order. I ordered a large fries and coffee toke over 18 minutes and I ordered through the app. The other locations on route 6 and the new route 202 location are way better in service and management."

"The place looks just fine and it's fairly quick but the bottom line is they just don't get it! I don't know if it's language barrier or just carelessness, I would say both but something has got to be done. Who interviews these people? How do hire someone for a job in a country when they aren't even close to efficiently comprehending the main language of the country. Being bi lingual is great, but fluently speaking Spanish and knowing 3 words in English does not cut it. Mistakes happen sure but it's not a one time thing, only reason I've returned is it's close to where I work and every single time there is atleast one thing missing from the order which I pay for whether I order at the drive thru or through the app, they never fail to fail. Today they didn't even have soda! As the rest of the McDonald's in the surrounding area are being renovated and seeing an improvement to their customer service this place needs to make some changes if it's going to have any chance going forward."

"The drive through hasn’t been in use for a long time. They only do curbside pickup even if you select drive through on your phone or order in person. Every single time I go there, without fail, they ask me to park in a curbside spot instead of giving me my food at the window, even if I’m only getting 2 things. It has taken anywhere from 2 minutes to 20 minutes to have my food brought to my spot and the order is almost always wrong. When I asked the employee why they make me park in a spot when nobody was behind me she said “there’s a timer so they want to move the cars fast” Mcdonalds times how long each car takes so by making everyone park in a spot corporate thinks they are doing a really good job. There were 4 other cars parked in curbside spots today, they really just send everyone to a spot, it’s hysterical. Just go to the McDonald’s in the town center the service is ten times better."

"My visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. The initial impression was promising, as the restaurant had a fresh appearance with a well-maintained building, a convenient dual drive-thru setup, and impeccable landscaping. However, my experience went downhill from there. When I placed my order for a number one large with a Coke, I thought I had been clear, speaking loudly and slowly. But to my surprise, I was asked if I wanted it to be a meal, which was puzzling because a "number one" is typically a meal. To make matters worse, I was then asked what drink I wanted, which seemed redundant. Payment was uneventful, and I proceeded to park. The disappointment continued when I opened my meal. The fries had no salt, which led me to brave the pouring rain to obtain some salt packets. The fries were overcooked and lacking in flavor, which was a letdown. Next, I tackled the Big Mac, only to find that the cheese wasn't even melted, and the burger was disappointingly cold. Given my limited 30-minute break, dealing with this subpar meal was frustrating. In summary, while the restaurant's appearance and dual drive-thru system were impressive, the confusion during ordering, lack of salt on the fries, and the poor quality of the Big Mac left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my McDonald's experience."
