"Customer service was horrible. The person that answers to take my order was very rude. Rushing and giving a lot of attitude. Continuously cut me off mid sentence and then hung up. Would not recommend. Either they get new workers or get shut down! Never ordering again especially after reading the review of the roach on the table."
"I have ordered from this pizzeria for a while now, the food is decent but the employees are extremely rude. Im not sure if it’s a new employee because it wasn’t my experience before. They claim to no longer deliver to my avenue after a year of placing orders. If you want to deal with rude people that hang up on you mid sentence this is the place."

"Very rude. As someone who is a New Yorker and understands how things can be here. I was GOING to place an order there, but it seems as though 2 seconds into trying to be nice to the staff I was rudely met with a shouting man saying “I’m very busy so can I take your order!” Mind you the conversation was only less than a 10 seconds itself. No exaggeration. I just said Alright and discontinued any service and went some place else for food. I tolerate 0 disrespect. ESPECIALLY when I’ve tried to be nice the first time. Employees need to be evaluated for sure."
"The food arrived squashed, plates were bent to the max, sauce was salty, cold, and coming out of the dishes because it was squashed. Bread was bent and I had ordered garlic bread and they gave me a regular hero bread, the soda was supposed to be a big bottle and they gave me a small bottle. The plates of food I ordered were not cooked correct. Pasta was uncooked and hard! I called them and they blamed Uber, and Uber blamed them for handling the packages. Also, why would the have someone deliver a large order of food on a freaking bike?! Never will I order from these mofo; period dot!"
