"I’m not really a fan of Pizza Hut but when I do order it I always order WELL DONE pepperoni personal pan pie with extra pepperoni. Unfortunately I ordered through GrubHub and in the notes I specifically put WELL DONE with extra pepp. & asked for blue cheese. They didn’t follow instructions and my pie wasn’t baked well done & there was a normal amount of pepperoni. I didn’t get to dip my boneless chicken into their dipping sauces. Luckily I had some blue cheese saved already, gotta always have a backup when you order delivery! Also I loved their cheesy sticks, not greasy at all and the perfect amount of cheese! The boneless wings were pretty good and perfect amount of Buffalo medium sauce! I would def like to come and order in person one day so I can get the pizza cooked the way I like it!"
"I don’t ever leave a review. But I’m extremely disappointed to have received my pizzas not only burnt but smooshed. Called customer service twice and was just put on hold for over 20 minutes. Wasted my time and money."
"Well the first this there a worker call Joshua at the store 601 weschester Avenue in the Bronx amazing worker he deserves another promotion. I just can’t explain how genuine he was very polite listens to the customer. I am the happiest customer ever right now and he really really help me with my order so shout out to Joshuap"
"My experience has been, one which I order online, and pick up my pie in about 20 minutes. It is flawless. The customer service is lacking at time but overall solid. I can’t complain. I would suggest downloading the app, and ordering that way. It is a fantastic process."
"The Worst, I waited close to 8 minutes for someone to take my order, meanwhile during those 8 minutes 5 staff seen me waiting at the counter and just ignored me. I then finally ordered my Pizza and what a disappointment. $31.01 for dry crust and I ordered stuff crust. Never Again! The staff need more training on customer service and whemever is making he pizza need it too."
