She was very professional and helped get to a resolution in a timely and responsive manner. "Bought a small cosmetics bag and was very disappointed with the quality of the leather and the zipper kept getting stuck. I also paid extra $10 for speedy shipping and it took 12 days to get it! Then they charged me an additional $8 to return it! Do not buy products from this company, it is not great quality and the customer service is non existent."

"I’m a new Cuyana customer and am loving my current purchases! I was recently in the city and very excited to go to a store in-person— I can honestly say my experience was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone was so helpful and kind and went the extra mile to help me find what I needed. I was so impressed with the customer service that I now only place my orders through the client rep I worked with out of the New York store! She showed me some options for Christmas gifts and lets me know when inventory is getting low. I absolutely adore my 16’ systems tote as well as the leather zip pouch (perfect to unsnap and keep in my seat pocket on the plane) as well as my duo snap wallet. Cuyana’s products are high quality, beautifully made, durable, and designed by incredible women entrepreneurs (a huge plus in my book!) thank you to Julia and the Cuyana team at the NYC store; go visit them you will not be disappointed."

"I have been very excited to come to the store as I live in Hawaii and shopping there is very challenging. I was very excited to see that there was a store front for Cuyana nearby while on a trip to New York. Unfortunately, my shopping experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I enter the store and about 3-4 ladies were working m. We walked in and the woman asked if we needed anything. I asked her what the largest size was they had in the store and she said extra-large. I asked her what number size that represent and she told me “I do not know”. I paused for a second thinking she would go and look it up, but she just continue to stare at me. So in front of her I looked it up on the website to find that my size, a size 14, was their extra-large. I looked at her and said your extra large is a size 14 and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I then brought her a pair of pants and asked if they had a size 14 at the store. She went to look and came back and said sorry we don’t have that size in the store. She didn’t offer me another option, didn’t offer to check another store, she just walked away. I found the team there to be extremely unhelpful, especially as a woman who is a size 14 and sometimes struggles to find sizes that work for me. Generally, I would expect someone to make me feel even that even though they didn’t have my size, there was another style pant there that she thought might look good on me. I ended up leaving the store with nothing when I had full intention of buying something while I was there. The workers there were generally unhelpful and honestly not very kind. They didn’t even say goodbye when we left. I’m sure this isn’t a brand thing and is just a store thing but I would recommend going to another store or just buying online."

"The quality of Cuyana items is very poor and do not hold up over time. I have a jewelry case and a cosmetics bag - the material of the cosmetics bag is deteriorating, and the inner lining of the jewelry case has completely fallen apart. When I reached out, they said nothing can be done. Do not waste your $! Update: The next morning (12 hours after I wrote this review) I received a call from the store and they were incredibly apologetic / made it right by sending me replacement items. Thank you Cuyana for your amazing customer service!"
