"I purchased a rain coat from this company, in March. I received the coat, but after not being satisfied with the quality - I decided to send it back. I sent an email and received a return label from them, and then sent the coat back to them. To this day, I still have not received a refund for the coat. I have sent multiple emails to this company, and got no response. I even spoke to the manager, Paul, and he kept giving me a run around without ever fully addressing the fact that I haven’t gotten a refund. By far the worst customer service ever."

"I was one of the customer but I stoped purchased from them. Whole sale website is nightmare. All those good reviews are former staffs, they are not designing the clothing just get samples from Chinese factory then modified a bit. Very unprofessional family own management and horrible customer service. Giving big discounts to bulk buyers, they want to take advantage and collect blind moneys from small boutiques and walk in customers. Horrible fits and bad qualities. I hope there is zero star option."

"Clothing is great quality. Open to public to purchase individual items vs just wholesale. Unfortunately the biggest problem is you cannot try on and have to make multiple trips to return if item or items don’t fit. And it’s store credit only. The woman who helped me was pleasant."

"Really different, architecturally interesting clothes. But they run small. I am a size 8 US and need a large in their tops. Wish they would do less with fake leather and more with tailoring details. I love to buy from this place and they ship immediately. Never any waiting."

"They have beautiful products with the WORST customer service. Our wholesale order was missing a style. When we called them we were asked to call back because someone was “out on lunch”. We called them back and kept getting the run around with “the weight of the shipment was correct”. I’m sorry but does a shipping department not check how many items were shipped? After this incident we won’t be buying from them."
