"I just left the Dunkin’ Donuts store at Shopping Center, 791 NY-17, Monroe, NY 10950. There were 2 women working, the younger of the 2 was extremely rude as soon as I and my children walked into the place at 8:27pm. She immediately yelled in our direction “we don’t have any donuts” ok I get that. But my daughter wanted the Barbie drink. So I asked the other associate and the original rude worker yells “we are getting ready to clean ice machine, NO” I said but you guys close at 9pm and it’s not even 8:30pm. She glared at me and I just took my children and left. I have never been disrespected like that in a Dunkin’ that worker doesn’t deserve to be there she has no idea what customer service is."

"Constantly get app orders wrong. Frozen coffee I got from them tasted terrible (almost like a cleaning solution). Employees generally don't have any idea what's going on especially if there are numerous customers. Coffee rolls are abnormally small and when I mentioned that to them they replied "we don't make them here" Highly suggest going to a different Dunkin' if possible."
