"Of all the Wendy's I've visited, this is the least efficient. There were plenty of staff but somehow the rate at which orders were fulfilled was well slower than other Wendy's locations with less staff. Classic bystander effect. Workers just standing around assuming someone else will do the job when actually nobody picked up the slack."

"This is a note to Wendy's US office. Before you come up with a big discount burger scheme think about your staff. Hard to expect stressed overwhelmed workers to stand all day whipping out 1 cent burgers. Who came up with this plan? Our online order was completely wrong, but who can blame the staff? They had no clue what we ordered. It was like they didn't even look at it. They ran out of baked potatoes, which is the one great unique Wendy's product. They are so busy with the penny burger every other detail goes out the window. I used to think Wendy's was a great operation, but that was when Dave Thomas was alive. God knows who's running it now. I feel sorry for their employees and customers."

"IDK WHO WAS WORKING 5/18/23 BUT THEY DID THEY THANGGG WIT THIS FOOD BEST WENDYS I HAD IN MY LIFE and i messed up my order at the window and they corrected it for me and i know that is a annoying task but they did it for me no problems thank you."

"*Very Disappointed* *Not Recommend* *Didn't pay attention to detail* We asked for the fries to be extra crispy well done and they were warm & just normal cooked, also we asked for the chicken sandwich to be well done extra crispy and it was hot and cooked all the way just not extra crispy. We will not be returning to this location again."
