"Horrible service! I pay for food and I get to the location and they tell me they didn’t receive my order. I show them my receipt proving that I paid for food and instead of making my food they tell me they cannot do anything and I would have to pay for my food again!!! This is how they treat a regular who buys from them everyday! Ridiculous! Would give them zero stars if I could."

"They don’t even deserve 1 star. Whenever I place an order online I would wait 10 minutes before going. When I go to the store to pick it up ITS STILL NOT DONE. I would have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to make my order when it shouldn’t be like that. It should be done BEFORE I even arrive. That is why I ORDER ONLINE!!! They are horrible and very very slow. They also look miserable and look like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Also when I POLITELY asked for a refund they say here and literally argued with me to not give it to me."
