Panera Bread

"If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Ordered through the Panera app for delivery. Received a large catering order that was not ours. Called the store 3+ times to let them know we received the wrong order and wanted the four things we ordered instead. No one answers the phone. Called customer service, we were directed to keep the food as since it had been in our home it poses a health issue. Again, we tried to return it from the beginning. The store then calls us and yells at me and my mom for opening it, saying we need to return it, and it isn’t our order. Extremely rude and demanded it be returned. It is not our fault we opened it, we did as directed after multiple attempts to return it in the first place. When they came to pick it up and gave us our order, our order itself was missing ingredients. Extremely disappointed with this experience as we love Panera. Sadly we will never order again. Whoever received the catering order, we feel for you too. Good to know they don’t care about contamination either. I have never been so disappointed with an order in my life."

"Quality has gone way downhill. Honestly I’ve had hospital cafeteria food that is better. The bread they serve lately is terrible. Salads are yuck. My kid’s grilled cheese was basically bread with hardly any cheese on it. Soup wasn’t hot. Entire place smelled like curry which was off putting."

"This was my first time at a Panera Bread and I have to say it’s not that great! First no one told us what to do we took a pager and waited for it to go off and it never did. A gentleman started bringing our food over piece by piece. Our frozen drink was melted and when I took it back up to the counter I received an attitude! This place is expensive enough without an attitude! Nope not happy at all!! Okay I do not like this place they are not accommodating to someone that has never been here. I have be scolded like a child at school!! Ever time I asked a question I got scolded. After eating the food was not that good!!"

"I had pumpkin bread soup. Cost was approx. $7 with taxes. Soup had a little sweet and salty taste and was nicely accompanied by baguette. Good service and quiet surrounding( when i visited ). Nearby to shopping places like willowbrook. Enough parking space. They have outdoor seating as well. A good place for salad and desert. They make delicious sandwiches. Try it once. Looked clean and hygienic."

"Well wanted to give them zero stars, the last two times i have gone to this Panera has been unacceptable. I live around the area and used to come to this Panera here and there for a few years. Like i said the last few times have been terrible. Soups have been cold and I ordered the grilled cheese which has NEVER looked like this before. The cheese was burnt but not the bread!! I also asked for bacon and they didn’t put any on my sandwich. I went to the manager and she wasn’t helpful. She said that “it is what it is” didn’t ask if i wanted a new meal or my money back. Also the staff is very rude and not welcoming! Definitely won’t be coming back here again!"
