"Disgusting. I ordered a cup of coffee thorough DoorDash and when I got the order everything looked fine, the bag was properly sealed, but when I opened it the coffee was half drunken or spilled, it’s unbelievable that an employee saw that and decided to pack it and send it to the costumer afterwards. A clear threat to our health and a mockery to their customers, I got in contact with DoorDash got refunded but I will never order from this location again"
"So my girlfriend and I went to Starbucks 1118 Hamburg turnpike in Wayne . We arrived at the drive thru 2 minutes to closing. I ordered my order 1 small almond milk latte. I drive to the window and the girl at the window was extremely rude saying they were closed. My response was what are you talking about I just ordered a coffee . Her response was there’s no ones here but me. My response was well who just took my order. Her response was I have no idea it wasn’t me. My girlfriend stepped in and said I ordered a coffee . The girl responded, you must have imagined it and said bye bye at the window. The girl came from the back with our coffee and said I’m sorry that was me. I said to the girl look at that, there’s someone else but you in the store. I asked what’s your name, she said what do you need my name for? I said because I’m calling corporate. She said , Amanda which I don’t believe that was her name. She had a ponytail and braces. Anyone encountering this child at the window will be in store for a treat. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. That is not the Starbucks way."
"I love this places egg, spinach and cheese wraps because it is really good for my bulk. Could be a bit expensive but it is a Starbucks. Staff are nice."
"I ordered a drink incorrectly at this Starbucks, and once they realized that I wanted something else they insisted on serving the one I really wanted (but had never ordered). This despite my repeated insistence on letting it be. Amazing team indeed!"
"Great Starbucks with lots of seating inside. They do not have the wireless charging pads as of the date of this review, but there are plenty of seats and tables to do work. Only 2 outlets, so a bit difficult to get power to your laptop or phone, but it's a great place for a book"
