"I don’t like to leave a bad review for a chain place, but this is unacceptable. This is the second time I ordered a hot breakfast sandwich from this location and it was cold in the middle. It’s just disgusting. All the employees are very nice but it’s unacceptable to not properly heat up an item."
"This Starbucks is extremely CLEAN . I have never been to a cleaner coffee shop ever. Garbages empty, papers all in the garbage, clean rags on the shelf’s, coffee ring free counters, and best of all, super fresh food in the food case. It was delightful. I will attach photos. I’ll definitely return and will be contacting corporate on what a good job their doing. These people definitely take some pride in their job."
"This Starbucks is utterly FILTHY. I have never been to a dirtier coffee shop ever. Garbages overflowing, papers all over the floor, dirty rags on the floor, old coffee rings all over the counter, and worst of all, flies in the food case. It was repulsive. I attached photos. I’ll never return and will be contacting corporate. People need to take some pride in their job."
"I was at starbucks on route twenty three in wayne. Do not go there I waited twenty five minutes for a cup of coffee. The place was a disaster and flies were buzzing over my head. The place was messy, and there were seven people behind the counter. And they were not acknowledging the customers. I will never go back save yourself a trip"
"I love Starbucks & this is a nice physical location, but one of my least favorite to go to. I find they they are less likely to be flexible with orders. For instance one of my go to orders is a triple espresso in a trenta cup full of ice. I’ve ordered it for years at a 15+ locations. They are the only location that time & time again tells me that Starbucks won’t let them give me that order in a trenta & the largest i can have is a venti. Also the only location that’s ever said I told them “too late” I wanted to use rewards. Otherwise, your typical Starbucks experience"
