"Too long of a wait. We waited for a simple order for over 20 minutes. The workers were taking care more of the drive thru than customers inside. It's too long of a wait. The other customers were not happy, people were walking away."
"If you do an online order for pick up in store or want to place an order in store be prepared to be ignored. Several of us just standing there not asked if we need help or what order we are there to pick up. The entire focus is on the drive thru, took nearly an hour for the staff to ask me what order I was here to pick up. When I said the name they grabbed it from the side area. Apparently it had been ready the whole time I was there. I recommend if you do go instore to pick something up don't wait for the "how can I help you" which took me nearly an hour. Instead just scream out the name of the order you are waiting for to save yourself some time."
"It's white castle. You either like the food or you don't. However, if you like the food, this is one of the best white castles I have been to. The inside is large, spacious and clean. The employees were polite. The food was fresh and tasted great."
"Place could look cleaner and more modernized. Burgers were fine. However, the person working the drive-thru had a very poor and dismissive attitude and seemed like he would rather be any other place than there. This location won't be my first choice for late-night food anymore."
"The best service I've recieved and the best food. Went on a Friday night. The guy at the drive through gave the best customer service I've ever received in any fast food before. Usually at any other location the sliders are extremely greasy but this one really surprised me they weren't and they were perfectly made, everything was damn near perfect. So if y'all gotta wait a little in line it's worth it!!!!"
