"I ordered food at 3:20 for a 7:30 delivery. It was never delivered. I called over 20 times but no one answered the phone. The following day I finally got through and was told "Sorry, we were very busy and didn't have anyone to deliver." They could have prioritized the orders they had, rather than continuing to take orders when they were too busy to fulfill them all. They could have contacted me to cancel the order. Instead, they left me without dinner, without letting me know, with no offer to even make up for it. As much as we've enjoyed the food from here in the past, we won't be ordering from them in the future. Good food is important, but so are Consistency and reliability. I won't chance being without dinner again!"
