Harbor Vista at Crawford Street

"This is a lovely community in the city of Portsmouth. I had a tour with Michelle Gibbons and she was a delight. I am definitely keeping this on radar!"

"The elevators don’t have an inspection on them, and I’m not sure they ever have. The rooms are okay, but overpriced. The stairwells are always dirty. There’s dog poop everywhere. The dumpsters outside frequently get into the driving path. The parking rules changed and now visitor passes are required, and cars will get towed without it. This wouldn’t be a problem but the staff is rarely ever there to provide them, and they’re only good for 3 days. There’s frequently broken glass everywhere Noise complaints are ignored, so loud neighbors are never punished. The concerts that happen in the park next door are annoying as hell, and I was woken up at 6am once, and I couldn’t get back to sleep because they were blaring their music. The security is non existent too. There’s too many ways to get into the building without being a resident or guest. There’s also new rules about what can be disposed of in the dumpsters with threat of fines. The lights wiring is bad so the lights in the kitchen flicker all the time. Thank god I’m not epileptic. I don’t usually complain about things like this, since I’m in the Navy and I have a high tolerance for things like that, but all of this at the same time is ridiculous, and attempts to correct these issues are way too frequently ignored. I’d give 1 star, but shelter is shelter."

"Beautiful property clean property quiet neighborhood………the new rooftop furniture is amazing omg so cute the management team is the best Michelle and Mia and there maintenance team deserves & needs a pay raise for all the hard working and dedicated to there residence and upcoming residence respectfully as we toured the property I ran into the maintenance team the supervisor was very respectful seems to know his work that’s a big plus too me last complex we lived at the guy was YouTubing everything lol crazy right lol I also spoken to the technician too he’s very respectful seems to know what he’s doing also they both was in clean cut uniform as maintenance should the Breeden company haves my business no matter Thanks Again!!"

"I visited Harbor Vista a few weeks ago looking for an apartment and was pleasantly surprised with the manager and her professionalism. She took my information and showed me around the beautiful community. Upon touring we came across the maintenance supervisor who assured me that if I decided to make Harbor Vista my new home that I would be taken care of. They did not have the floor plan available that I am looking for but when one does become available, I will make this my new home."
