"The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time, maybe ever. I’m not sure how they’ve managed a 4.5 overall review to be honest. My husband is reenlisting today. We were scheduled to have 2 inflatables set up by 10a. The driver, who was very nice and accommodating, arrived at 947a. Around 1020a it was evident that the extension cords provided weren’t going to be long enough, and we were only getting further past set up time so I contacted customer service. I never received a call back, they called their driver instead and put me on the phone where I was told by Derek that there was nothing they could do and the driver arrived before 10a. I was extremely cordial and asked for his recommendation, at which point he said we could relocate the inflatable closer together to make the extension cord work, ok great idea I’m down for that. I go back inside to continue chores but the moving of the inflatables never happened. Derek called his driver back and told him to pack up the inflatables, he wasn’t comfortable renting to us unless we paid cash. I then call back to the customer service line where I was literally hung up on as soon as I said ‘is there someone other than Derek I can speak to’…click. When I called back 5+ times, they decline my calls, straight to voicemail. After a lengthy conversation between my husband and Derek (on the drivers phone), with my husband trying to understand (never once becoming volatile or even so much as raising his voice) and come to a resolution, while reminding Derek ITS THE DAY OF OUR EVENT and credit card payment is listed on the website - Derek wouldn’t budge. He insisted that his driver, who had now been at our house for almost 2 hours (1127a) pack up both inflatables. And not only was THAT unacceptable for obvious reasons but he was a JERK on top of it all. He’s gotta be the owner because dude was in no way concerned about his employee, customers, or keeping his job."

"Poor customer service. Our daughter and close friend’s son had a joint birthday party. Because, we had a lot of kids coming we paid for the two water slides and bounce combo. Not all the parts were brought to us. When we contacted the office they said they would try to contact the driver to see if he can deliver it to us. We never got it and I requested a discount on the charge , they never gave it. We had kids fighting to go on the one slide that actually worked. They obviously don’t take pride in their quality of the product. They ignored my request to get either the hose for the other slide or a discount. This is NOT what we paid for. Do not recommend this service to anyone. Will not use ever again."

"This was a fantastic value. I found out about Hampton Roads Jump from a family member that used them. Prices were great. Lee showed up in plenty of time and was set up very fast exactly where we wanted it. My daughter and all her friends and cousins had such a good time. I would highly recommend.
