"My Smokey bear really isn’t a people person and was acting a fool when I brought him in there. Scratched me up and everything. They were so calm, trimmed his nails quickly and we went on our way. I was so scared he was going to scratch them up. I don’t know how you guys have the patience with these crazy cats but I really do appreciate the professionalism. I will definitely be returning ❤️"
"DO NOT use this business. My mother went in to drop off her cat for a nail trim. Dropped the carrier and waited outside. When picking up the cat she was told there was a $5.00 fine for not wearing a mask. What world do you people live in? Let’s continue this review…… I wish there was a place to reply to the owners response so I will do it here. I will start off by saying that if you want to live your life in fear ….. Why would you have a business where you have to interact with the public. I am sure you MIGHT be able to find job where you can stay home and be safe from the world. You can get up and put on your mask and never venture out into the world. Just in case word hasn’t gotten back to you …… The Pandemic is OVER! And Thanks for replying to my review! It really helps show people who you are are an “owner”."
"I LOVE Paws and Claws! They are amazing with dogs who are anxious to get their nails clipped. My drama king Baxter gets very panicky and nippy over his nails being trimmed, to the point where we've been refused by some of the bigger chain groomers. This crew is so understanding. They get his nails clipped quickly and we're out in no time. They've also been great with my parents' dogs who are anxious about being on the table. The staff is so accommodating for them because they know how to make each pet as comfortable as possible. This is the only place I recommend to people!"
"My dog is a difficult case , he's extremely nervous and would not cooperate. He was returned multiple times from his previous grooming sessions, yet Paws and claws did a very nice job."
