I made two appointments with this groomer only to have her no show twice! on the first appointment after she did not show, I called and left voice messages, she did not have the professionalism to return my calls. When I did speak with her she told me she did remember making the appointment and did not write the appointment down. I gave her another chance, made another appointment and again she did not show up or call. I would never leave my dog in the care of someone who runs a business that depends on providing a service that is appointment generated, who doesn't keep up with appointments, will not return a call and could care less that she inconvenienced a customer twice."
