"The 5 stars are for the manager that helped me last Thursday night. The company would get a 1 star rating if it wasn't for him. I placed an order online on Thursday. When I got there after driving 2 hours, my item wasn't in stock. The manager went out of his way to find another similar item for me and got me taken care of. I just received the notification on Sunday morning at 2 am that my item wasn't in stock, 3 days after I attempted to pick it up. If your company's store inventory and what is shown online don't match, you may not be ready for online sales. Do better."
