"This office doesn't file insurance claims correctly which in turn make other insurance claims not paid. When reaching out to this office since they've been paid they act like nothing is wrong however it 100% is. Finally when they put in what was supposed to be a corrected claim with was actually an appeal which takes longer to process & it was too late for the other claim to be corrected. Now I'm stuck paying a bill that should have been paid. If the claim had been put in correctly we wouldn't have had any issues."
