"I was seeking a clean, safe, and slightly upscale apartment downtown, and the Sterling King units fit the bill perfectly. They’re large, well-kept, and are situated within a block of all the shops, pubs, and other attractions you will find downtown. Additionally, Melissa is one of the best property managers you’ll find anywhere in the country. She’s attentive, professional, welcoming, and very sharp. She followed up in a timely manner, pointed things out about the area, and helped me find the unit that was perfect for me. She manages the complex like an owner, not simply an employee. Couldn’t ask for more!"

"I’ve been in this apartment for approx. a week visiting a friend. The admin staff is rude and nasty. Each floor always smells of weed smoke. It’s enough to give you a headache just walking down the halls. Seems like no matter how much cleaning is done throughout the place nothing covers that smell. The fire alarms always goes off. Just sad. There is not enough parking for tenets in lot or around the building. The cost to live here is just not worth the headaches even with living in the downtown area."

"I lived in Sterling King's apartments for over two years and moved between two floor plans. I originally lived in building two in a Gosport floor plan management back then, were hands off, and was difficult to get ahold of, but not impossible. All my voice-mails were returned in a reasonable amount of time. In my second lease, I moved to building one into a James floor plan and really enjoyed the smaller layout, and it better suited my lifestyle. During this time, there was a change in management, and since then, the doors were always open and Melissa was easy to approach with any problems that had arrived (water pressure was low in my bath tub and my dishwasher stopped working.) Both work ticket were completed In less then 24 hours. All these comments about them entering the apartment unannounced are wrong and falsified. On multiple occasions, there were many, and I mean, a good amount of fliers posted about both complexes and in the doorway of all residents informing everyone about any upcoming quarterly maintenance. (Air filters Changes, pest control, etc.) In all my time living here, I'd never had issues with pests, and I witnessed anytime they entered my apartment with a third party(pest control), they always observed them from my doorway keeping an eye on them. Overall, my experience here was amazing! They were quick and swift in helping me get into my second apartment when I moved and even better when I got new orders across the country and had to cancel my third lease that I had signed with them! Sure, there are some cranky old people living here, but that's everywhere you go. I say the massive amount of good outweighs the small amount of bad I endured while living here."
