"Ghetto people sit on the stairs, sit in front of your door talking loud. It’s a zoo out here. Don’t waste your money. The apartments are old without any updates. But if you’re ghetto, you’ll be right at home. These people are older and they act like little kids. This must be where all of the section 8 lives. If I could give it zero stars I would."

"I would do 0 stars if I could They have black particles that comes out of the water Maintenance said to let water run to “flush” it out Idk how you’ll live but this is not Normal to me My apartment was dirty upon move in Dead bugs in kitchen drawers behind fridge and oven My cabinets were also filthy with old food bits that were impossible to scrape off Thebes charged my 1000 to replace carpet that was supposedly new when I moved in cause of a couple of small stains"
