"We recently relocated from Tennessee and it was such a challenge to find an apartment that was in a nice area and that allowed dogs of all breeds/size. We were very fortunate to find Sapphire and to have worked with Wendy who is AMAZING. We had such a short time frame to get moved and so much to do and she helped us with everything and made our move in seamless. The apartment was great, the complex is very well maintained and any maintenance issues (although minor and not many) were handled right away. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who wants to work with a great staff and enjoy a great community. Oh and did I mention the food trucks on Wednesdays. Added bonus. Thank you Wendy, Tammy and Steve. You made our short experience a great one!"

"Currently have lived here for almost a year. Here are my thoughts. The complex grounds are always clean and neat. Plenty of places to walk, which has been really convenient working from home. There are more positives than negatives while living here. My three biggest complaints/would have been nice to have: 1. My bedroom doesn't have any lights or fans installed. So it was VERY weird moving in, having two light switches on the wall that control nothing in the room. For as much as I pay I feel each apartment should come with at least a ceiling light in bedrooms. I shouldn't have to purchase this, and then ask for help installing. Even now, I have use my phone's flashlight when walking into the room since the nightstand is on the other side of the room, and there aren't any light switches for those outlets. 2. Better sound proofing of the front door. The complex isn't super noisy, but I can hear everything that happens in stairway. Every creek of wood when people are walking, every conversation that's held. With my bedroom being on that side of the wall, it's not the best. Quick solution, door draft seals and stoppers. The building construction is as good as Ryan Homes. Take that how you want. :) , so if the resident(s) above you have kids or pets, you will hear their walking. 3. UPDATE - I was given the emergency maintenance number, and haven't had any major issues with clogging the last few months. Original Post: Dishwasher and sink clogging happens frequently, which has been frustrating. Maintenance is responsive, but I cook a lot and only being able to use one side of the sink over the weekend or 2-4 days after submitting the request sucks. Also, we don't have an "emergency" maintenance line to weed out emergencies vs. non. My dishwasher started leaking water from the bottom over a weekend. I had to use towels until the following Tues/Wed when maintenance was able to get my request."
