"I’ve been living at these apartments for over 3 months and these by far have been the best. From the abundance of amenities available, the extremely friendly and helpful staff, the perfect location within walking distance from several shops and restaurants, serenity of the quiet neighborhood, feeling of safety in the area, and the high quality of the apartment itself, I could not be happier in my new digs! It’s truly a clean environment for my family and I. You will not be disappointed living in this apartment community!!"

"First i want to state the ladies in the office is amazing. They made me feel so welcomed and kindness The process was easy and the tour into my future home. The building its self is beautiful and the inside of the apartments were just everything i was looking for a good affordable price."

"The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing. Every time I see them there’s a smile on their face I lived here before and my first time moving in here was not a great experience actually about a year Ago so I was expecting the same treatment the time this time I applied, but I was treated way better. I was given a gift bag on my move-in date my apartment is Clean and beautiful there is no issues with the environment at Hunters Chase so the complaints underneath me are ridiculous because it is not the apartment peoples job to go around and knock on every single person‘s door and ask them why the hallway smells like marijuana they do what they’re supposed to do which is inform all of you that you aren’t supposed to be smoking on this property in order to get an apartment here you have to be an adult if you are an adult who can’t follow simple directions that is on you…. I thoroughly enjoy living in these apartments!I thoroughly enjoy the help in the office. Any issue I have resolved there’s no need to be upset with anyone in the office !The apartment complex is not dirty it’s not loud you’re not in the hood, maybe just be grateful that you’re not in the hood…. you’re all commenting about the smell of weed like it’s not your neighbors maybe talk to your neighbors if it’s that big of a deal because when I ride down Hall Street, guess what else I can smell weed when you go into gas stations guess what you can smell weed stop acting like Hunters Chase is the only place in America you’ve ever smelt weed. The dramatics are unreal, if you’re looking to move into Hunters Chase do it it’s a great environment and the people in the office are way better than the people that used to be in the office."

"The property management company has changed at least 3x in the years we’ve been here and things have gone downhill each time. It claims to be a smoke free community but the smell of weed will greet you in the parking lot. Amenities such as the pool and bball court are constantly overrun with people from neighboring communities, leaving paying customers without access. Most recently they’ve decided to do away with parking decals to allow for open parking. How does this make sense on a property already overrun by non-residents?! It’s clear that decisions are not made with the customer in mind. Don’t waste your time or money with the place. Counting down the days until we’re out."

"I want to give Hunter’s Chase credit when credit is due. This is the first apartment that I have had in 10 years. I was extremely nervous when first walking in because I had forgotten what it was like getting interviewed on the spot for an apartment you want to make your home. It was a breath of fresh air when I met Kia T and Bri L. They both made it so simple to apply and it doesn’t hurt that they both are super easy to be around and laugh with. These two ladies made me want to live here. A couple months in, management changed. I was nervous but nothing has changed. If anything, the property has become more beautiful and trash/amities more accessible. Neighbors are very friendly but most importantly I feel safe. I absolutely love that I can walk into the office and get treated like I should be treated…. Like I’m home. I never have to worry about receiving packages because of the stellar locker system they have in place. These ladies made this apartment complex feel like home. Thank you so much! My doggie, Frankie, also thanks you guys! Very dog and people friendly! 10/10 for me :-)"
