"Please do not move here , I had a mice in my apartment. There’s mold growing in my children’s window & also in the bathroom ceiling. The carpet is cheap & lift up & gets so hard. It’s terrible to almost pay 2500 in rent for a 3 bedroom. The fridge is getting rusty , i had water once leaking into my apartment. Please invest your money to going somewhere else."

"Visiting a friend who just moved here, not even a month in and roaches came out to play. She is concerned being that she has never lived in a situation like this especially with her young child. And I must add they are BIG roaches. They need to implement pest control here WEEKLY! Moving from a apartment where the entry is outside and clean, maintenance does NOT take care of the buildings, way too many SPIDER WEBS and SPIDERS. Literally walk out your door and you’d be eating spiderweb, cant even hold on to the railing on the stairs, its THAT bad. Hopefully it gets better over time cause sis is ready TO GO and report to the BBB. Everything else is fine, quiet, people mind their business, no noise complaints. Her concern is the bugs bugs bugs cause she pays entirely too much money to be having bugs damn near everyday."

"I’m moving in to Addison from across the country. I have been sent photos, I have had all my questions answered by the front office and now I have my apartment almost ready for me and my family! No more stress, thanks to the wonderful staff in the front office who has made this move so much easier for me. I cannot wait to move in! Great school district, right next to shops and everything just looks so clean!"

"My mother lives in these apartments the property manager is the most unprofessional person, my mother has been put on medication for her mental health since living at this place, she has never been late on her rent in the entire 11 months of being a tenant she has no complaints she also always kept her apartment in excellent standing, and the property manger made the choice too loose a excellent tenant my mother wanted to upgrade into a 3 bedroom a couple months ago Evan the manager denied the request. The second situation she denied as well when my mom wanted to switch properties, So basically because of this property manager she lost an excellent tenant due to her nasty an unprofessional ways the maintenance crew no complaints they cant never keep leasing agents however it's only been two ladies that I give 10/10 recommendations too their names are Ketoya Lyons and Tenika Ketter Ms. Ketter is no longer with the company she always went above an beyond. Now my mother has taking a liking to Ms. Lyons she stated that this leasing agent is very professional she listens and is a very understanding person. I dont even give this any stars ZERO is my score, I dont recommend this place even if the rent was free. My mom has been staying at my residents due to all the stress and anxiety she had been dealing with since living here,"
