"They kept my $500 application deposit when I decided I did not want to move in. Their contract is a direct violation of state laws and they have no interest in following the law. They will not speak to you directly and would rather you drain your pockets in litigation to get back your deposit. This is how they are able to keep so many applicants’ money. It costs more to get it back. Horrible crooks. Avoid if possible and make sure you read their unconscionable contract before applying."
"Customer service is undesirable, application fee is unheard of, but actual homes appear decent. Simply not worth it as much better options. To add must deal w/ a very busy round about near a highschool which is horrendous morning and afternoon."
