"Good place We moved in 12/2021 But just discovered that there is illegal drug use happening inside and outside of these apartments. I have zero interest in this position but I just don't understand why nothing is happening at all. I have a child that lives with me and my husband also. Older children here bully younger kids and nothing is done about it. All I do was file a complaint against them and nothing was done. I mean it's a nice place to live in but I have my reasons why."

"need security cameras in top parking lot next too play ground put on peoples cars and stuff no cams up here and people won't leave your vehicles alone. It's sad that you have to live in a apt anyway but it's hard to take care of your family and watch people outside too it's not right something needs to be done about cams up on last parking lot. Still no cameras up att top lot 8/31/20 updatesstill no camera up here 7/24/21"

"First off I want to say Thank you for having such a nice living complex for someone like myself who has small children to live. I have lived here 16 months now very nice place to live clean and well managed with your staff. You have an Amazing manager Sharon!! She does an amazing job and is such a sweet caring person and I must not leave out our Awesome handy dandy hard working maintenance man who works hard to keep up the grounds and keep the apartments ready for New Residence to move into and of course if we have a problem he is the one we call on 24/7 in case of emergency. Thank you Southview for such a nice clean place to live."
