"So far me and my wife being new residents has been very stressful as nothing was ready as it was supposed to be they are apparently opening a new section or something since we are going to be staying in the 1900 building and it looks like it's undergoing renovations hopefully they fix it up nicely especially when you walk in the entrance as for the apartment it's alright could be better waiting to see about the baseboards etc. and you can tell where they patched up the holes in the walls etc.,also everyone is clueless who the internet provider is they have cable outlets in them even the internet companies seem clueless,I also I'm going to ask the I guess the new lost to the world property manager about calling my wife a lier about the internet I hope that they don't think they can treat people like that and not expect issues with tenants, for what I'm paying for that apartment I'm not going to be looked down upon 750.00 is a lot of money lease or no lease, hopefully things will get better.Ill let everyone know how it goes."
"They do not follow Virginia law and violates the rates of all people living at this facility! They also don’t care if you have a toilet or a bathroom and they will not reimburse for sewage floods"
"This is most cleanest apartment I've rented. I mind my business .I love this place."
