"Had a great experience trying to find a part for my spa. I had been through several other local spa Companies and repair shops and nobody could give me a direct answer. Came in and replacement part was identified within minutes, and even though the part was not available in stock, for faster service he referred me to where I could find it at the best price online. Not always a common business with business, but I feel like the customer service was incredible, due to how fast they were able to identify exactly what I needed, and referred me to where I could find it the fastest and the cheapest price. "I have been a customer of Spa Doctors for several years starting with them servicing two hot tubs that I did not purchase there. That experience has been nothing but stellar! David, the owner always goes the extra mile to tell me what to do to my spa before he has to come out and service it thereby eliminating a service charge for me and usually, he's 99.9% accurate.
