Hannah was always providing me with updates on the availability and estimated shipping of the all products needed to put this install together. Very courteous and helpful staff. From the site survey, to the chimney cleaning, to the installation of the insert, all very professional and respectful. They called ahead to schedule each aspect and arrived prepared and on time. "We purchased a Marquis Hot Tub at the Aqua Pros in Salem, VA. The purchase experience was excellent. The Staff were knowledgeable, especially Hannah. And they were very helpful with any questions or concerns. The delivery personnel did a superb job of positioning the hot tub on our deck and setting it up. Since then, I have been able to return for evaluation of my water quality and appropriate assistance with improving it. Our Marquis hot tub has been a wonderful addition to our home. I would definitely recommend this establishment and the Marquis tub to anyone wishing to purchase a hot tub."
