"The house is very lovely. The management team is not! The worst customer service. You can't stream anything on the internet or watch movies or tv. The hot tub was cloudy and disgusting the entire time. We had them come out and reshock the hot tub and it was still disgusting. We could not walk in the yard because the grass was so high. The amount of flies inside the home was crazy. The beds are supported by a piece of plywood and it collapsed and had to sleep on the floor. No refund or reimbursement from them at all. It costs $5 for every trash bag that you have. We paid good money to stay there but it seems like we didn't get any perks. There are better locations to stay it and I don't recommend this play"

"October 5th - 9th 2018 Please read this review carefully before booking a vacation at the Breezy Mountain Song. We wish we would have known what we were signing up for by booking this rental house, and I hope this review saves someone else their money. Issues: *Cleanliness – house was not thoroughly cleaned before we arrived *Bugs – mosquitos, flies, ants and other bugs. Several bug bites during the night, 2 to children. *Broken AC *AC Leak through the ceiling onto bed a child was sleeping on during the night My brother and his family arrived on Oct 5th at roughly midnight and were very upset to find the state of the house. There was a trail of something sticky that went from the kitchen trash can all the way through the living room and onto the front porch and when they wiped it up, the floor was clearly very dirty. The bathrooms were quite dirty (bathmats had a great deal of hair and dirt and showers were not clean). They also discovered a bug problem. There were mosquitos, small flies, and spiders throughout the house, especially bad on the first floor and master bedroom. The house manager was called and she came out to clean and addressed one shower/bathroom. My family and I arrived around 4 pm and went upstairs to find that the 2nd floor was 80 degrees. We turned down the AC hoping that by nightfall the upstairs would be cooled down. By 9 pm it had not cooled down, even with the windows opened our entire family had a terrible night’s sleep. It was still warm upstairs the following morning. Our 8 month old and 3 year old were sweaty and grumpy. Sunday morning, we called the manager back to inform her that the AC was broken and the bugs were still an issue. Our children woke up with several bug bites from the night. She brought someone to look at the unit, who said it was working and to call back later if the house hadn’t cooled off. Someone also sprayed insecticide outside and left a can of spray for us, but we didn’t feel comfortable spraying inside the house, especially with small children. We left for the morning and upon returning around 3pm it was still hot in the house. We immediately called the manager back and informed her of the situation. She let us know that they were having trouble getting a repairman to come out because it was a holiday weekend and that they were going to bring us portable AC units. That evening, a few people came to check out the AC, could not figure out the issue, so they set up portable AC units; one upstairs and one down. Both helped tremendously. When I went to bed I felt a drip from the ceiling. The broken AC unit in the attic was leaking water and it had come through the ceiling above the bed that myself and my 3-year-old daughter were sleeping on. At this point, we moved our stuff and turned off the AC unit in the attic to try to stop the leaking. I called the manager and she did offer to drive over and move the portable AC unit for us to the 2nd upstairs bedroom which we declined to avoid waking and moving our daughters. In the morning, after another night of little sleep, we all decided that the house was simply unacceptable and decided to leave a day early. I called the manager and informed her that we would be leaving. It should also be mentioned that there is not a sofa bed that was listed on the rental site, they only have 2 basic sofas and there were no sheets for the bunk beds and the house has no hand towels. After going back and forth with the rental company, the owners only agreed to refund us the 1 night we didn’t stay, the cleaning fee and taxes. While we appreciated the many efforts made to remedy the situation by bringing portable AC units, trying to fix the bug issue, and coming on a weekend to clean, the fact remains that all these issues severely impacted our stay and ultimately, we could not tolerate it and had to cut our family trip short. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this house."
