"HORRIBLE experience with the Lofts management! A family member signed a rental agreement and gave $1,000 deposit. The family member felt pressured to sign the agreement and decided the next day to cancel the rental agreement. They are refusing to give back the family member's money (which is illegal to do in the State of Virginia). The representative said this is not the first person they have refused to give their money back to. Now we have to get lawyers involved to recoup money. I highly recommend avoiding the Lofts!"
