"Struggling a bit don't know much about this place. But when I called to find out information for myself and my 4 year old autistic son and I have been calling place after place and getting rude feed back or sorry about your lucks lady was sweet and vary nice so I'm going to give it a try."

"Horrible apartment complex. MANAGEMENT needs to be removed. They like to evict people over their neighbors and situations that can not be controlled. The property manager is petty and likes to pick and choose who she likes. For example if she doesn’t like you or an individual you hang out with because of past family relations and issues between herself and that individuals family be prepared for an eviction. She can also just look at you and decide she doesn't like you and you will have to look forward to an eviction notice every time you turn around."

"Had my car towed from the parking lot after being there for only a half hour. I got there at 10:00 am and the tow company said they were called by management to tow it at 10:36!? UNBELIEVABLE. especially since it costs $150 to get the car back and $150 every day it sits on the lot. My car was not blocking another car or the dumpster. My car is not illegal in any way. WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS? $150 right here at Christmas time. Don't forget this is an apartment complex for low income families. People who are struggling. . . shame on you all!"

"Terrible parking policy and bad management. If you don’t get a parking pass before 5pm then basically you’re not allowed to visit family or park. Parking policy makes no sense at all and it needs to be adjusted and make more common sense. They’re out to get your money and don’t want you to visit your family after 5pm. If you have to get a pass from the office to park then what are visitors to do on Sunday’s when the office is close?? Terrible management for a dumb policy."

"If i could give less than or negative ratings for this apartment complex, i would! This is no place to raise a child much than animals. The children are bullies. On top of the children being bullies it's no different than the adults that are bullies. My tub leaked into the neighbor's apt for two months and three months prior the tub started to mold away under the tub. I have not had a cabinet door on my kitchen cabinet since i moved in six years ago. The cabinet door that was barely hanging on when i moved in had what looked like a meat clever went through it and was barely attached. I was told that it would be fixed and replaced before i moved in a week later. Evictions(21/30) are handed out to the disliked people that don't kiss managements butt or to the ones that don't participate in personal or sexual favors. Hope that you are a type of person that will do anything for things you need. The facts that you have to be low income and practically living in a cardboard box to get an apartment here is nothing to the way you're treated when you actually move in. It gets worse when you move in. It's to the point where there's residents are trying to make petitions to get management removed. This place is a disgrace and i wish it was easier to save money to relocate to a better place, but it's not. Good luck to ANYONE who falls in a hole in their life that makes them have to be at this apartment complex."
